Hawaiian Airlines plans to provide direct flights to/from Honolulu to JFK later this year. With this new partnership a Hawaiian Airlines customers will be able to fly a connecting flight on JetBlue after arriving in JFK all on a single ticket. JetBlue’s customers will be able to connect into Hawaii on Hawaiian Airlines. Starting in June travelers will be able to earn and redeem frequent flyer miles on either airline. Article

Hawaiian Airlines has similar partnerships with United-Continental, Delta and American. JetBlue is partners with Aer Lingus, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Emirates.
