My favorite free amenity was at the Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires. The new leather jacket I purchased while in Santa Fe needed the sleeves shortened. I explained what I needed to the concierge at the Hyatt, she made a phone call and asked if I would mind taking my jacket to a man specializing in leather repairs. My husband and I enjoyed the walk and met with the man at his shop. When I inquired about the price, he advised me that he does not charge Hyatt guests. He did a beautiful job shortening the sleeves and we thanked with him a box a chocolates, since he would not accept any money from us.
