American Express has new promotion when you sync your credit card. They are offering a $10 statement for purchasing $50 gift cards at over 300 malls across the country. The gift cards cost $2.95 each.

My friend Meryl called the mall in King of Prussia and they will let you use two AMEX cards to split the purchase on a $100 gift card. I contacted Philadelphia Premium Outlets and Plymouth Meeting Mall and both malls let you split the purchase on two AMEX cards. The gift cards at Plymouth Meeting Mall are good to use at the attached Whole Foods Market. You and your spouse, partner or significant other may each get the $10 statement credit and only spend one $2.95 fee for one $100 gift card. Is this working at a mall near you?

The easiest way to sign up for this promotion is through Facebook. Go to Link, Like Love, sync your American Express card and click “get offer” for each offer. This promotion expires on September 3, 2012.
