On the Radisson Facebook page it now states, “We would like to apologize for some confusing information about the terms of the Big Night Giveaway. The promotion was intended to be for new reservations only, however we inadvertently communicated it would be valid on existing reservations.

As a result, we have decided that all existing reservations as well as new reservations for stays completed by July 15th will be eligible for the promotion. BUT when you go the the link and click on the terms and conditions here is what you will see, “The Big Night Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) is available only to Club CarlsonSM members. Promotion is not valid on existing reservations and is subject to availability.” Yes, the terms and conditions were revised since registration began on Tuesday to make this sentence more visible, since it is now the second sentence instead of being buried 3/4 of the way into the very long paragraph. These same changes were also made to the Country Inns and Suites promotion page. Hopefully this issue regarding existing reservations will be resolved by the end of the day on Monday.
Also stated in the terms and conditions, “Radisson reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue these terms and conditions or the Promotion at any time with or without notice.” Will daily monitoring of the terms and conditions now be a new requirement to get our bonus points? Dear Club Carlson – Lets keep the joy in these promotions by making the rules consistent and in agreement with your statements made on your social media pages and not a moving target for us to chase.
