On March 1, 2012 many Starwood hotels will change categories. The hotels going up will require more points for both free nights and cash and points reservation and those going down will require less Starwood points for each stay. SPG Category Changes Some of my favorite hotels where I like to use Starwood points are going up, so I am planning to book those hotels before the end of the month.
