My husband and I enjoy traveling to south Florida when the weather at home begins to get cold and wet. We enjoy rollerblading, walking and swimming together in the warm Florida weather.
Since I want to keep traveling I need to find ways to keep the cost low, but have a wonderful vacation. There are several promotions helping me with this trip.
This summer the Starwood hotel chain that includes Sheraton and Westin had a promotion for every three stays you would receive a free night through mid- December. We enjoy going to the New Jersey shore. We spend many weekends at the shore with family and friends and stay at the Sheraton in Atlantic City a Starwood property. We earned five free nights from our stays and we are using two of them this weekend at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood Florida.
My motto is earn and burn. Since we are using two of our free nights at the Westin,
I want to earn more free nights to use another time. The Priority Club rewards program is currently offering one free night for every two stays. It is called the Sweet Dilemma promotion since you must choose between earning free nights or double points or miles. Here is the link.

I plan to earn free nights good to use through June 1, 2011 by staying at combination of Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites between now and the end of the year.
In Hollywood Florida a few blocks away from the Westin Diplomat is a Crowne Plaza Hotel. For $119 plus tax for one night we earned a free night that we hope to use in Europe next spring. We stayed at another Priority Club hotel last month, so I now have two stays and one free night.
